NaijaProjects
A shared archive of final year projects from Nigerian universities.

Overview
NaijaProjects is a repository of undergraduate final year projects from universities across Nigeria. The idea is simple: make peer research findable, so students can learn from work that already exists instead of starting from a blank document.
The problem
Final year projects were scattered across drives, group chats, and departmental shelves. Students looking for prior work had no reliable place to search by university, department, or topic.
Approach
I worked on a public archive where students can browse, search, and upload projects, with university and department as first-class filters rather than afterthoughts.
Results
The product is a searchable repository with featured work, university pages, and upload and citation flows aimed at making existing research easier to find and reuse.
What I learned
Archive products live or die on search and metadata. If browsing by institution and department is clumsy, the collection might as well be a shared folder.
What I would do differently
I would invest earlier in review quality and citation tools, and I would treat empty search results as a product problem, not a data problem.
